Jim Brown (Chairman)

Fully qualified TV engineer with 47 years experience in the industry. Worked as Northern area service manager for several large national TV rental companies, also worked as Northern area sales manager for large Japanese consumer electronics company and also as Director of operations for large multi-site TV and Video retail company.

Matthew Brown (Managing Director)

Worked in the industry for 16 years in various roles including a driver’s assistant and retail store manager, before setting up TV & Video Direct with his Father and Brother in 1996, responsibilities include IT, stock control, systems management, finance, HR, and the general operational aspects involved with the day to day running of the business.

Dan Brown

Dan Brown (Purchasing Director)

With over 19 years experience in the industry, including 6 years working as a retail store manager before joining his Father and Brother to set up TV & Video Direct in 1996, Daniel the elder of the two brothers responsibilities include buying, advertising and marketing for all the divisions of the business.

 

Ste Hargreaves

Steve Hargreaves (Group Sales Director)

Worked in Consumer electronics for over 10 years and in other senior management roles for 10 years, including working for Jim Brown for 5 years as an area manager for a large multi site company. Steve joined the company in 2003 as a National account manager, quickly progressing to Commercial sales director and, in 2009, became a shareholder in the company along with Jim, Daniel and Matthew. Steve is responsible for all the sales aspects of the company, including sales training and recruitment, along with maintaining existing relationships and developing our portfolio of clients within our Commercial sales division.

Alistair Ogg

Allister Ogg (General Manager)

With over 30 years of customer service experience in manufacturing, commercial and retail environments, Allister’s responsibilities include Customer service, logistics, health and safety, ISO9001 systems management in which Allister was instrumental in helping the company achieve in 2008.

Paul Lomas

Paul Lomas (Commercial Operations Manager)

Paul has over 14 year’s management experience in Commercial, retail and warehousing environments. Paul oversees the day to day operation of the internal department. This includes all aspects of internal account management, processes and procedures. Paul and his team ensure that the customer receives the very best customer service.

Andy Greaves

Andy Greaves (National Account Manager – Betting / Leisure / Holiday Home)

Andy has worked in sales for the last 20 years, the last 6 of these have been with TVC. Andy’s expertise lies within the Betting industry, his role includes dedicated account management, shop fitting survey & design through to the full turnkey solution in setting up a betting shop. He also looks after new business in the Retail Leisure sector such as Casino, Bingo, and Bowling alleys etc and also the Holiday Park industry including Caravan Parks, Holiday Parks, Park Homes etc.
